Payment Plan Options

Students who find they are not in a financial position to pay the full fees in advance may apply to the Student Services Department for a "Payment Plan".
A Payment Plan will incur a $200 Instalment Fee, for each instalment to a maximum of two (2) instalments per semester.

In order to apply for a Payment Plan you are required to submit a fully completed “Payment Plan Application”.

All requests for payment by instalment will be subject to the following:
1. Assessed under the Terms and Conditions contained within the Payment Plan Application (AC026)
2. Be approved under the Terms and Conditions and by signing an Approved Payment Plan (SS003)
3. Pay all Tuition fee instalments and Instalment Fees on or before the due dates

The School at its ultimate discretion reserves the right to refuse a Payment Plan Application or withdraw a Payment Plan for a student who fails to meet the Terms and Conditions of Payment as outlined in 2. PAYMENT OF FEES AND CHARGES on the Application for Admissions form.

This Payment by Instalment Policy does not extend to the following:
1. Southern Cross University courses or semesters of study,
2. Eurocentres Courses and
3. Apprenticeships (please contact Administration for Payment Options)

Payment Plans must be requested prior to Semester start. Please always refer to “Final Payment Plan Approval date for Semester commencement <relevant date>” listed in the Important/Key Dates on the webpage.
