INTRODUCTION TO COMMERCIAL COOKERY

Units from the Certificate II in Hospitality (Kitchen Operations)

Start Date: Tuesday 17 April 2012

This course is a practical course aimed at those who wish to pursue a career as a chef.
Students will complete units from the Certificate II in Hospitality (Kitchen Operations) and
receive a work placement after successful completion of the first seven weeks of training. The
program aims to secure an apprenticeship, further training or employment.

The course will include three components:
1) Initial training for seven weeks (Tues - Fri)
2) Job Search Support
3) Post Placement Support
