It is a requirement for all written university assessments that you submit these with the correct cover sheets on top of your work.
For each assessment there are three cover sheets required:
- SCU Cover Sheet (page 1)
- Feedback Cover Sheet (page 2)
- ASTHM Cover Sheet (page 3)
Please note that the above-mentioned forms are available via the Student Login, Forms A-Z.
Written assessments are required to be submitted to Student Services.
You will receive a signed Receipt Slip when handing in your work. Please keep these slips for your evidence. All cover sheets can be downloaded from the Login area.
Please Note:
No work will be accepted without all three cover sheets attached and correctly completed.
Each Assessment task handed in late will be subject to penalties set out in each of the SCU unit outlines.
