The New Course Advisory Panel members will provide links between the professions and the Australian School of Management. The panel will provide advice by informing the work and attitude of the course and integrated academic units, thereby assisting the Australian School of Management to provide for the professional relevance of its work.
New Course Advisory Panel members are expected to meet on at least 3 occasions with personal attendance in at least two of the meetings (teleconference links can be organised for at least one of the meetings). Members will have direct involvement both in the preparation and review of all documentation associated with the course design, accreditation and in the consideration of issues and concerns arising from the accreditation process.
A key consideration for the New Course Advisory Panel is to recommend courses to the Academic Board for submission to the State Registration Authority for accreditation. In addition New Course Advisory Members will be considered for membership of the Academic Board and Course Advisory Committee.
