Planning and execution are paramount for the discerning manager and the Diploma of Hospitality has a strong focus on a range of management skills through a services oriented approach. The Diploma of Hospitality integrates a balance of theory and practical through combining a number of carefully selected nationally recognised vocational units providing students an opportunity to put their learning into practice even while they complete their course.
Through our integrated work experience program, students also become familiar with the practicalities of working in the hospitality industry in areas such as restaurant service,
bar service, function service and hotel reception. Students throughout the work experience program are required to develop their own leadership styles consistent with a Diploma level qualification.
